Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
